Chief's Office

Chief Deborah Davis has been a sworn Muncie Police Officer since 1980. She is committed to providing the finest police services for the citizens of Muncie, Indiana.  Please email any questions or concerns you may have.

Deputy Chief Barrett has been with the Muncie Police Department since 1986. His main responsibility is overseeing the Uniform Patrol Division.
